About the DA's Office

The District Attorney represents the State of Georgia in all criminal matters in Superior Court and Juvenile Court. The District Attorney works hand-in-hand with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to prosecute those who have been charged with crimes against the State of Georgia. The District Attorney also provides victim and witness services to those involved in criminal matters.
