Superior Court Stops Scam

Earlier this week, the Polk County Superior Court Clerk's Office helped stop a scam transaction regarding the fraudulent sale of a property. You can take the first step towards preventing fraudulent activity by signing-up for the Georgia Superior Court Clerk Cooperative Authority's FREE Filing Activity Notification System - F.A.N.S.

Polk County Superior Court Clerk, Stacie M, Baines, encourages ALL property owners to take advantage of the voluntary, opt-in program. F.A.N.S. sends electronic notifications of filing activity to registered individuals within the system.

To get started, visit fans.gsccca.org, and select LOGIN. From there, you will generate a first-time login via phone or email and follow the prompts to complete registration.
