FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Polk County Board of Commissioners is seeking a candidate to fill the vacant District 1 County Commission seat. Any candidate seeking to fill this position must be a resident of District 1 for a minimum of one year.

Any interested individual for the District 1 Commission seat shall provide a resume and letter of interest to the County Clerk by November 5, 2025 at 5:00PM.

All candidates that apply will have the opportunity to interview in a forum setting on November 17, 2025 @ 5:30PM.
